Chess Club
Charlestown Lacrosse & Learning Center and the Charlestown Working Theater have partnered to bring neighborhood children another outlet to develop social and tactical skills that will help them with future endeavors. This partnership has brought a Chess Master to Charlestown on Friday afternoons to teach chess to six students. It is the hope of both the Working Theater and CLLC staff to expand this program to both a beginner and intermediate class in order to continue teaching and developing chess skills. These classes will continue to grow in number and frequency.
