Standardized Test Preparation
In 2007, CLLC formed a partnership with Advantage Testing to help students, a majority of whom must take exams to be accepted into Middle and High School, with testing. With offices all over the world, Advantage Testing is one of the most respected test preparation and tutoring companies in the world. This partnership allows our students to receive top notch instruction at no cost as they prepare for ISEE, SSAT, SAT and ACT tests. To date, fifteen Charlestown residents have received free instruction from Advantage Testing that would have cost the Learning Center or their families over $40,000.
ISEE classes for 6th Graders start in June with pedirodic classes over the summer. Starting in September the class will meet twice a week until early November.
SSAT and SAT classes meet weekly throughout the year on Thursday evenings.
